“We should take every opportunity to enrich our lives and the lives of our brothers and sisters in arms. We have a motto of not leaving our own behind, so let’s not do it now! Join me and our guests in spreading positivity, stories, love, and inspiration for our brothers and sisters to follow!”

“The purpose of The Stoned Vet podcast is to help build the community around the VETS and to find our PURPOSE again! Come and hang out with us and feel like you did with your brothers and sisters on those Friday nights. The weather is always nice and you already know how the conversation can go with all of us. Crack a cold one, roll a FATTY, or light a bowl!!”

“This week I have the honor of bringing on another CRAYON eater JessicaRose from Rosebud Consulting! I LOVE when I can bring family on the show that understands all the MARINE chaos and logic!! You remember what it was like to have your brother/sister with you enjoying the companionship and the camaraderie that was shared during our time in the service!”

Three-hour presentation of CARRE, a specially designed self-care behavioral health program. CAARE stands for Community, Assessment, Alignment, Resilience, and Empathy. CAARE is comprised of a set of empirically derived skills presented as six Core Actions, each stand-alone. “Honesty and advice to help veterans crush it at grad school, in entrepreneurship, and in professional careers. Humor and language often not as professional.”

“JessicaRose found herself sleeping in her car after leaving the Marines before moving back in with her parents.  Feeling adrift, she learned to find strength in helping others and now runs her own consulting practice focused on mental health issues.”

“Creating an environment where people can relate through the pain of life’s unfortunate circumstances. Promote total open and honest conversations and clear testimonies to find freedom in scars. Even if there is only one.”

“I thought I had a lot on my plate! If you need some motivation to get involved locally with organizations that you are passionate about, check out last weekend’s show featuring my friend and Marine vet, JessicaRose Johnson. Hit her up on IG @Rosebudcllc”

“This portable podcast is hosted by Gavin Watson, a British Army veteran of 16 years. He is talking to other military veterans, allowing them to share their stories and experiences.

This podcast will give non-military personnel the chance to gain a better understanding of the military life, and understand what the transition back to being a civilian can be like. Plus learn how these strong individuals have dealt with diversity, resilience and possibly life changing injuries or illnesses.”

“In this episode Jessica-Rose talks about joining the Marines and completing training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island (MCRD PI). She also talks about dealing with injuries, including a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).”

Overview
“The Drive On Podcast is hosted by Scott DeLuzio, an Army infantry veteran who served in Afghanistan in 2010. After that deployment, several individuals that Scott served with took their own lives. Scott realized that those individuals survived combat in an area where people wanted them to die, only to lose their lives when they come back home to a place where people wanted them to thrive.”

“Jessica-Rose Johnson is a Marine Corps veteran who has continued to serve veterans in a variety of roles since leaving the military. She has worked to help homeless veterans and as a suicide prevention resource for the military, businesses, and other organizations. Recently, she was honored with the distinction of being the State of Oklahoma’s Veteran of the Year”
